As a Lead Cook, you’ll be managing the kitchen - making sure food orders are processed, meals are prepared and served to our high standards. You’ll make sure that the kitchen is clean, tidy and adheres to all health and safety rules. We’re dedicated to making sure our members eat well at our clubs, and it’ll be your job to make sure all our food orders go out on time, presented beautifully. Taking pride in how the plate looks leaving the kitchen is a key part of your job. You’ll be working closely alongside the rest of the team to make sure members are always served well and have a great experience in the club.
