What is it like to be a Customer Services Executive?

Being part of our Customer Services team is all about taking care of our customers who play online. The job involves talking to customers on live chat and on the phone; problem-solving, answering questions about the games, helping resolve any issues and the best bit – celebrating the wins with our customers! Based in our modern, light office space in the Nottingham Buzz Hub, it’s a really supportive team, and there are so many opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
