remote GP appointments, Mental Health Support, Physiotherapy, Medical Second Opinions, and Life, Money & Wellbeing assistance – all conveniently packed into one app. Help@Hand is designed to make life easier when you need some health or wellbeing support.

Access comprehensive support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by CareFirst, offering counselling sessions for work, relationship, or financial challenges. Benefit from 24/7 telephone assistance, connecting you with qualified counsellors and information specialists for holistic well-being.

You can also use our NHS-approved Thrive app by CareFirst for proactive mental health care, offering tools for prevention, early detection, and self-management. It’s easy to connect with our EAP team and specialists through the app, access support when you need it, and you can also use it to track your emotions.

Through our Buzz Brights Programme, all Colleagues across the business, have the chance to participate in an apprenticeship program. This program covers a diverse range of topics, including data science, customer service, HR, team leadership, production chef, and lots more.

We know how important learning is as part of any role, but we also know how much better it is when it’s easy to access! Our smart Buzz Learning Platform is accessible from anywhere – login from your phone, tablet or from a computer.

There are courses designed to support each of our Club roles with mandatory training, and further training meaning that everyone has the chance to develop their skills and keep up to date with all aspects of the business – from health and safety, to food and beverage, to safer gambling.

You can monitor all your learning activities, including assigned courses, completed modules, and your set targets with ease.

To make sure there is always support available for your mental health, we’ve established a group of Mental Health Advocates at Buzz Bingo.

Trained to address common concerns you might have about mental health, they also promote awareness and activities for maintaining good mental well-being, nurturing a healthy environment for all of us.
