At Buzz Bingo, creating an inclusive colleague experience starts with understanding the people who make our business what it is. When our Diversity Monitoring Survey showed that nearly 11% of colleagues identify as neurodivergent, we knew we had a responsibility to act on what we heard.
That’s why we’ve launched our Neurodiversity Policy. A practical, supportive framework designed to help every colleague feel understood, valued and able to thrive. It offers clear guidance for line managers, outlines how we support neurodivergent colleagues, and signposts where to find further help when it’s needed most.
