We call our support centre “The Buzz Hub” – it’s our bright, modern workspace built around collaborative working. It’s a great space to come together and work in – designed to spark creativity and share ideas.

The work our support centre teams do is all about ensuring our club teams can deliver outstanding customer experiences by giving them the tools, processes and support they need to do just that.

Our support centre teams include customer services, finance, procurement, HR and I.T.

We all come together as a team once a month for a business update meeting – and of course, a game or two of Bingo!

These are roles where you’ll be working from our bright, modern workspace, the Buzz Hub in Nottingham. The Buzz Hub is easy to get to from the train station or by car, and is walkable from the centre of Nottingham.

These roles are not based in the Buzz Hub or in specific Clubs, instead you’ll be out and about working in various Clubs, so you need to be happy to travel.

Hybrid Working

At Buzz, we know that flexibility helps our teams thrive. That’s why we’ve embraced a truly hybrid model, where returning to a physical office for our support roles isn’t a requirement for most roles. We know that hybrid working has huge benefits: for employee wellbeing, engagement and retention, not to mention the proven productivity of remote work. We’ve listened to our people and created a permanent approach to hybrid working; built on trust, productivity, and the understanding that not every role means you need to be at a desk in an office. For many of our Support colleagues, this means working from home or choosing a mix that suits their lifestyle.

We assess each role for remote suitability, invite team members to share their preferences, and set clear guidelines to help everyone stay connected and supported. While we’re proud of our vibrant culture, we know it’s built through collaboration, not location.

Finance

Our Finance team does far more than manage the numbers – they shape the decisions that keep Buzz moving. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, turning data into clear thinking and clear thinking into action. It’s a fast-paced environment where sharp thinking drives commercial success and where your perspective actually shifts the outcome.

Retail & Marketing

This is where the Buzz brand comes alive. Our Retail and Marketing teams craft the moments that make players stop, smile and come back. From standout campaigns to the energy you feel the second you walk into a club. Personality is currency here. If you’ve got bold ideas, a sharp instinct for what connects, and the drive to see it through, you’ll love it.

Product

Our Product team designs the experiences at the core of what Buzz is, from the moment a player steps into a club to every click of our online journey. It’s collaborative by nature and ambitious by design. You’ll work across disciplines, challenge assumptions and help build something players genuinely love. Bold thinking isn’t just welcome here, it’s expected.

Digital

Based in Gibraltar, our Digital team powers everything you see online and plenty you don’t. From seamless player experiences to the technology behind the scenes, we bring together data, creativity and innovation to keep Buzz moving forward. We move fast, learn quickly and aren’t afraid to try new things. Every idea, improvement and release helps shape an experience players want to come back to again and again.

HR

Buzz is a people business and HR is where that belief gets put into practice. This team shapes everything from how we hire and develop talent to the culture colleagues experience every day. It’s hands-on, high-impact work that touches every corner of the business. If you care about building environments where people genuinely thrive, this is where that happens.

IT & Transformation

Buzz is growing and our IT and Transformation team is what makes that growth possible. From keeping critical systems running to leading large-scale change programmes, this team shapes how we operate today and what we’re capable of tomorrow. You’ll need to be adaptable, technically sharp and comfortable working at pace, because here, progress doesn’t wait.

Working from home allows me to have the perfect balance between work and home. As a mum of 3, it means that I can not only set a good example for my children, but also still be there for them when I am needed. I find that there is less of a distraction than there would be working in an office everyday, allowing me to get a lot more done. Of course I also have meetings with colleagues and face to face meetings allows for further connections when held but I find being in my own environment really helps get the creativity flowing.”
