At Buzz, we’re always exploring new ways to deliver an unrivalled customer experience. One of the ways we’re doing this is by trialling innovative technology in our clubs to see how it can enhance both the customer journey and the colleague experience.

You may have already spotted one of our latest upgrades in our Darwin clubs – our new bingo kiosks. These self‑service terminals allow customers to buy their bingo and top up their accounts quickly and independently – helping to reduce queues and free up colleague time for more meaningful interactions.
