The Women in Gaming Awards recognise outstanding colleagues across the gaming industry who inspire others and drive positive change. This year’s winners will be revealed on 12 June 2026.
Today we’re shining a spotlight on something that truly sits at the heart of life at Buzz Bingo, our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
We’re incredibly proud that Buzz Bingo has been nominated for the 2026 Women in Gaming Diversity & Inclusion Award.
Why Buzz Bingo was nominated
At Buzz Bingo, inclusion isn’t a policy, it’s something colleagues live, lead and feel every day.
We’ve recently launched our three-year Equality, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EEDI) strategy gives us clear goals and leadership accountability, but it’s our colleague-led inclusion groups that bring the strategy to life through real, practical action.
Across EmpowHER, Full Haus, Buzzing Worldwide and Barrier Free Buzz, colleagues are turning lived experience into positive change from shaping menopause and neurodiversity policies, to promoting cultural awareness, improving accessibility, and creating safe spaces for conversation and community.
We’ve made inclusion part of the everyday experience. Clearer and more accessible recruitment, mandatory D&I training, free period product trials, optional pronouns on name badges, and improved support for neurodivergent colleagues through our new Neurodiversity Policy.
Our nomination is a reflection of every colleague who has shared their story, shaped an initiative, joined a group, or supported someone else along the way. This recognition belongs to all of you.
We’re incredibly proud that Buzz Bingo has been nominated for the 2026 Women in Gaming Diversity & Inclusion Award.
