How to feel more prepared for an interview at Buzz

11th September 2026

First of all – congratulations if you’ve got an interview coming  up at Buzz! Getting to the interview stage is a great opportunity to find out more about the role, meet some of the team and decide whether Buzz feels like the right place for you.

It’s completely normal to feel a few nerves beforehand, but a little preparation can go a long way.

Get to know us

Spend some time finding out about Buzz before your interview, including taking a look at our values. Think about what appeals to you about the role and why you’d like to join our team.

And remember, an interview works both ways. Come prepared with a few questions of your own – we want you to be curious about the job and what it’s like to work at Buzz.

Think about your examples

We’ll want to hear about your experiences, so have a think about some examples you could share. Talk us through what was happening, what you needed to do, how you approached it and what happened as a result. This will help us get a really good sense of your experiences and how you work.

Your examples don’t have to be extraordinary. What matters is helping us understand what you did, how you approached the situation and what you learned from it.

Most importantly, be yourself

There’s no perfect ‘interview personality’ we’re waiting to meet. We want to get to know the real you. We want to know what motivates you, how you connect with other people and what you could bring to the team.

So prepare, ask questions, share your experiences and let your personality shine through.
